Fall 2024 Executive Board
President
Rhayna Poulin
Rhayna (she/her) is senior in Morse College from Maine. She is famously not a theater major, despite spending much of her time on campus as a producer, lighting designer, and Dramat Board member (she studies Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience for those interested). Outside of theater, she is a First-Year Counselor, a Research Assistant, a Psychology Senior Mentor, and an avid enjoyer of the iced chai lattes at Atticus.
Vice President
Meridian Monthy
Meridian (she/her) is a loud Trumbullian and a quiet Global Affairs major. Since her first Ass Board meeting as an unassuming frosh, the Dramat has been her home on campus. When not in a theater, she is writing sketch comedy, hyping up Houston, or trying new things (she is in an a cappella group for the first time this year!).
Treasurer
Annabelle Hee
Annabelle (she/her) is a junior in Morse College majoring in Economics and History. She is from New York City, which means she has strong opinions on bagels and tap water. Outside of the Dramat, she can often be found trying to get her steps in by giving campus tours or dragging her friends to East Rock to try the new Elena's flavour!
Production Officer
Carson White
Carson (they/she) is a senior in the Theatre, Dance and Performance Studies Programs. Aside from production management she is a director and intimacy choreographer but has worked on 50+ shows in almost every position during her time at Yale. Some favourites include After Life (Costume Designer, FroShow 2022), ‘Art’ (Director), Every Brilliant Thing (Associate Director, Yale Cab) Constellations (Director), and Legally Blonde, her first show as a PM. Some of their professional credits include working at ESPN and the New Haven International Festival of Arts & Ideas as an electrician and PE. Outside of theatre you might find her enjoying long walks, drinking tea, listening to sadgirl bops, cooking or walking to another theatre. They’ll forever be in debt to Casey Tonnies (PO ‘21-‘23) for teaching her so much of what she knows.
Secretary
Victoria Mnatsakanyan
Victoria (she/her) is a sophomore in TD (prospectively) majoring in Cognitive Science with a (prospective) certificate in Global Health Studies and a (prospective) Advanced Language Certificate in Italian. Outside of the Dramat, Victoria is funny with Red Hot Poker, Yale’s finest sketch comedy group, and works as a college aide and a tour guide on campus. You can ask Victoria about her study abroad in Italy this summer. Or don’t. Either way, she’ll tell you about it.
Spring Mainstage Producer
Angelica Peruzzi
Angelica (she/her) is a sophomore in Saybrook College studying English with a creative writing concentration and Humanities. Outside of the Dramat, she is involved in a number of CPA productions on campus and reports on film for the YDN. In her free time she writes fiction, paints, and hangs out with her friends!
Fall Mainstage Producer
Nandi Hildebrand
Nandi (she/her) is a junior in Branford. She didn't write a bio.
Marketing Director
Eden Feiler
Eden (she/her) is a sophomore in Ezra Stiles majoring in humanities, which basically means she takes classes about poetry and avoids the boring stuff. When she's not managing the incredibly popular Dramat social media accounts (road to 100k), she's usually choreographing for the Yale Modern Dance Collective, writing for The Good Show, or playing New York Times games. Favorite Dramat memories include board suite during Legally Blonde and gabs in the green room!
Policy Director
Maya Evans
Maya (she/her) is a sophomore in Saybrook from Brooklyn, NY. She is majoring in psychology (probably…or maybe history) with a certificate in education studies. She previously served as the outreach coordinator, meaning Dramat Board has always been a part of her time at Yale!! Outside of theater, she works as a Writing Partner (at the Poorvu Writing Center and with the Yale Prison Education Initiative), volunteers with the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project, and works as a research assistant.
Outreach Coordinator
Robert Gao
Robert (he/him) is a sophomore in Benjamin Franklin from Hangzhou, China. He's studying Anthropology & Film and serves as the Outreach Coordinator of the Dramat. He identifies more as a film nerd than a theater kid, but has continued doing theater at Yale due to its vibrant and accepting community. The favorite show he's seen as Yale is COCK by Mick Bartlett.
Special Events Coordinator
Karsten Rynearson
Karsten (he/him) is a junior in Saybrook College who turns the party every time as SpecEv. He is double-majoring in Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies and Political Science, and is originally from Seattle, which is his way of not telling you he has spent the majority of his life in Norwalk, Connecticut. When he’s not scheming about cast party themes, wining and dining DramaTalk speakers, or otherwise engaged in The Board Shuffle™, he leads the Community Health Educators, volunteers for the Yale Undergraduate Prison Program, and plays on the Yale quizbowl team. His passions include watching art films (his Letterboxd is @krstnontheshore), theorizing Azealia Banks’s cultural output, and making zany and intricate ins and outs lists. To discuss any of this or anything under the sun, he implores you to email him at specev@yaledramat.org
