President
Dhruv Bhalla
Dhruv Bhalla (he/him) is the current President and was previously the Fall 2025 MainStage producer (Urinetown). He loves all things production and technical theatre and is deeply passionate about educational theatre. Outside of the Dramat, he is a Peer Mentor for Undergraduate Production, on the crew at the Schwarzman Center and TDPS black box, and often seen frolicking in the sun.

Vice President
Maya Evans
Maya Evans is a junior from Brooklyn, NY studying psychology and education studies. She is so grateful to be returning to Dramat Board for a third time after previously serving as Policy Director and Outreach Coordinator!! Coming to Yale, she didn’t have much experience in technical theater; she now has experience as a stage manager in productions such as Company, The Flick, The Shape of Things, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and How I Learned to Drive. Outside of theater, she is a research assistant in two psychology labs, a Lead Writing Partner (both at the Poorvu Center and with the Yale Prison Education Initiative), and a volunteer with the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project.

Owen Pinhasi
Owen is a sophomore in Morse majoring in Physics (Intensive) and pursuing the Energy Studies certificate. He started doing lights for theater in high school and has loved it ever since! His favorite show with the Dramat was Into The Woods (the 2024 Fall Mainstage), and outside of the Dramat, Owen is a Peer Mentor for undergraduate production, works at the Carbon Containment Lab, and loves crocheting and playing board games with friends.

Production Officer
Maya Molina
Maya Molina (she/her) is a the production officer of the Dramat. Before becoming production officer, she produced the 2025 Froshow (italics) Miss Molly: A Marital Deceit of Honest Intentions, technical directed the 2025 Commencement musical (italics) The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and was the production electrician for (italics) Intimate Apparel (2025 MS2). Outside of theater, she is an Environmental Studies major and dances on the Yale Jashan Bhangra team.

Emily Currie
Emily Currie is a junior in Branford College from Hampton, New Hampshire, majoring in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering. She has been involved with the Dramat and with the Yale theatre world as a whole since her first year, and while she has worked on many shows, her favorite theatre experiences were costume designing for Into the Woods (2024 Fall Mainstage) and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2025 Commencement Musical). As a lifelong lover of musicals, after several years spent acting and designing for them, she is very excited to be producing the 2026 Fall Mainstage. Outside of the Dramat, she jumps with Yale Club Jump Rope, works as an Undergraduate Production Peer Mentor, and enjoys sewing in her free time.

Marketing Director
Lauren Sonnenfeld
Lauren Sonnenfeld is a sophomore in Morse College, studying History. She loves telling stories and believes strongly in the power of the theater to advance empathy, understanding, and community building. Lauren has been involved with the Dramat as the Marketing Director this year, but has also acted, assistant stage managed, and produced several other productions on campus. Outside of the Dramat, Lauren performs in an improv group and participates in Yale College Democrats. She looks forward to directing a show next year and continuing to work with these lovely people.

Outreach Coordinator
Anita Duncan
Anita Duncan (Murray '28) is an Ecology and Evolutionary Biology major and an avid lover of the arts! She loves getting the opportunity to engage with communities in and beyond Yale through her position as Outreach Coordinator, and looks forward to finishing out the '25-'26 school year in her position. Some of her favorite Dramemories include her Dramat initiation last year, and watching New Haven high schoolers grow in their comfort with theater and theater performance. Long live fine theater!

Policy Director
Sonia Rosa
Sonia Rosa is a Sophomore majoring in English and Ethnicity Race & Migration. A proud Boricua from the Bronx, Sonia is involved with storytelling through filmmaking, theater, and poetry. As the Policy Director of the Dramat, they're passionate about supporting this storytelling and ensuring the Dramat is an accessible, diverse, welcoming organization. She is thrilled to be on Board with such an a silly, amazing crew.
